Not sure how to pay your bill? Don't worry, we'll take you through how to do it.

You can pay your bill in several different ways: by cash, cheque, postal order, debit or credit card, over the phone or online.

Pay online

Paying online is the most convenient way to make a payment. Have your account number to hand, together with your debit or credit card to make a payment. Pay securely now.

Automated payments line

You can check your balance and pay your bill using our automated card payments service using your debit or credit card. Please call 0345 072 6072 (option 1) and have your account number ready.

Set up a Direct Debit

You can set up a monthly Direct Debit on the date of your choice so that you can spread the cost of your bill. Or, if you’d prefer, you can pay your bills in one lump sum payment 17 days after your bill is issued. You can set up your Direct Debit online when you log into MyAccount or by calling us on 0345 072 6072.

Telephone or online banking

Set up and manage your payment using your own bank’s telephone, online or remote banking service. To do this, you'll need to provide them with the following information:

If you pay your bill using your own internet banking service, standing order or BACS, please take the appropriate action to amend your payment instruction as required.

By debit or credit card

There are a number of options if you wish to pay by credit or debit card:

Pay with PayPoint

Simply take your bill with your payment along to your nearest PayPoint store. You can use PayPoint's online search facility to find your nearest store. 

Pay by cheque

Cheques can be made payable to Water Plus Limited by post. Please send this with your payment slip to the address shown on your bill. Do not send cash through the post. Please remember to write your customer account number on the back of the cheque.

At your bank

You can pay at your own bank or building society. Just take your bill with you. You can pay by cash or with a cheque. Please be aware that some banks and building societies will charge for this service.

How to pay from abroad

If paying from abroad, you can make payment using the details below. Have your account number to hand as this will be required for reference purposes.
