There are loads of benefits to managing your account online, you’ll get 24 hour access to all of your bills and account information. We’ve made it really easy for you, just complete the form below and we’ll handle the rest.

Registration Process

This can take up to 2 days because we need to verify all your account data. If you try and log on before we have done this, you won’t be able to find your account. We’ll send you an email as soon as your registration is finished.

Go Paperless

From the 27 May 2018 if you register for My Account you will automatically go onto paperless billing. You'll have all your bills in one place ready to view and download at any time, plus it's better for the environment too.

If you prefer to carry on getting paper bills, please ring to let us know. 

To register successfully, please make sure the details on the form match exactly what is on your bill (including use of capital letters and spacing etc).
