Getting MyAccount is easy
- Tell us about you and how we stay in contact.
- Enter your account number and business name and postcode exactly as they are in the address nearest the top of your bill. If this address is wrong, you can easily update it once you’re in MyAccount.
- Set your password by clicking on the link in the email we'll send you.
Keeping your information safe - We only use your personal information to email you when your latest bill is ready, or with important account information. You can read our data policy here.
Got other Water Plus accounts you want to view? - You can view all your accounts under one login. They're easy to add in ‘See other accounts’ once you've set up your MyAccount.
