There are loads of benefits to managing your account online, you’ll get 24 hour access to all of your bills and account information. We’ve made it really easy for you, just complete the form below and we’ll handle the rest.

Registration Process

This can take up to 14 days because we need to verify all your account data. If you try and log on before we have done this, you won’t be able to find your account. We’ll send you an email as soon as your registration is finished.

Account Number

If you were a United Utilities customer, you can use the same account number you have always had to register.

For Severn Trent customers, please use the same account number but add a 0 to the beginning and drop the last number. For example 1234567891 change to 0123456789.

If you’re new to Water Plus please use the account number on the information you would have recieved from us.
