When something is wrong with your water quality it is usually one of a few issues. Take a look at the information below to see if this explains what's happening.
In each of these cases you will need to contact your wholesaler, but you can also get in touch with us if you’re in doubt so we can help get things back to normal.
If your wholesaler has been working in the area and the pipes are disturbed, your water may be discoloured for a short period. This should be a short term problem only.
Sometimes there are lots of tiny air bubbles in the water, making it look white or milky.
If your experiencing this, fill a glass with water and leave to stand for a few minutes. If the cloudiness clears from the bottom of the glass upwards, this shows the cloudy appearance has been caused by air. The tiny air bubbles will rise to the surface and the cloudy appearance will disappear. If the water does not clear in this way please contact your wholesaler.
If you experience any of the above, please contact your wholesaler.
If you think your building has lead pipes for water, we recommend you get in touch with your wholesaler to have your pipes checked. It is part of your duty of care to all users of the building to ensure the water is safe to drink.
