Not registered for My Account? Let’s get you set up.

At Water Plus, all our customers can register for an online My Account. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s all sorted. This can take up to 14 days, so don’t worry if it doesn’t come through straight away.

If you’re already set up, you can login to My Account here. Having a My Account can save you time, so getting your business set up should be a priority. To get you started, here’s a quick run through of the key things you can do via your Water Plus account.


Pay your bills

When your next bill is ready, the easiest way to pay it is through your My Account. You just need your account number and a credit or debit card, and you’re good to go.

Submit meter readings

You can make sure your bills are as accurate a possible by submitting regular meter readings.
Don’t have a water meter? You can apply for one via My Account.

Tell us you’re moving premises

If your business is moving premises, you’ll want to let us know before you make the move. Have both your current and new address to hand, as well as an up-to-date meter reading and your water meter serial number, if you have it.

Opt for paperless billing

Switch to paperless billing and we’ll simply email you when your next bill is ready to view online. You can also view and download all your past bills via your account – so there’s no need to sift through all your post next time a bill is due.
