Don’t know your account number? Here’s how to find it.
If you’re new to Water Plus, you might not know your account number yet. But don’t worry. You can easily find out what it is. Here’s a quick run through of what to do if you were previously a United Utilities customer, Severn Trent customer, or have recently switched to us.
If you were previously a United Utilities customer...
Then your account number is the same account number you had with United Utilities. Can use this number if you need to pay a bill or submit a meter reading.
If you were previously a Severn Trent customer…
Add a 0 to the start of your old Severn Trent account number and drop off the last number and this is your Water Plus account number. So, if your Severn Trent account number was 1234567891, your Water Plus account number is 0123456789.
If you’re new to Water Plus…
Your account number is in the information you received from us when you switched.
You’ll need your account number if you want to pay your water bill, register for Water Plus MyAccount
or submit a meter reading, so it’s important to make sure you have it. If you’re still not sure of your account number, contact us by filling out our query form
